SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
Items such a book bags, mugs, key chains, original paintings, etc. will ship within 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
All items are shipped via US Postal Service.
At this time we only provide USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. Packages usually arrives 2-3 days after shipping day.
The Customer will receive a tracking number after the package has been sent.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES DELAYED IN TRANSIT. BEING THAT WE HAVE MULTIPLE SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE SIGNATURE REQUIRED OR INSURED SHIPPING.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Portraits, Custom paintings, and jackets can take up to 2-5 weeks to complete (depending on volume of orders).
Custom orders are done on a first come first served basis and orders placed during a sale or high volume, or holidays, will have an extended processing time.
RUSH ORDERS: When we experience orders in high volume no custom order can be rushed. Ask upon inquiring.
DROP OFFS: Drop off orders are for LOCAL clients only. There is a mandatory $20 drop off fee to all clients.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom orders can in no case be exchanged,returned or refunded. We do require a non-refundable deposit of half before starting your custom order. The rest will be paid upon completion before item is shipped to client.
Items such as book bags, mugs, tote bags or any other items (not including custom orders) can be returned within 7 days after purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days within delivery date to contact Thee Creator to issue a refund, if eligible.
